Aqua is a hands-on franchise system. During our initial development phase, franchisees must actively operate and lead their business day-to-day — not from a distance. Absentee structures may be permitted later for franchisees who have demonstrated operational competency. Two profiles tend to thrive here:
The plumber ready to scale.
You're licensed and doing good work, but you're stuck running the truck instead of running a business. You want a brand, a system, and a team behind you so you can step up to operator instead of operator-technician — while still being on the ground with your team.
The hands-on operator-entrepreneur.
You don't have a plumbing background, but you have the capital, the operational discipline, and the willingness to be in the business every day. We handle the technical training and qualifying-plumber licensing pathway. You hire and lead your team in person.
