Aqua Inc. Text Message Program
Aqua Inc. sends text messages to customers who have requested plumbing service from us. These messages relate to your service request and your appointment.
**How you join the program**
Consent is collected online through the checkbox on our Schedule Online form at aquainc.com/schedule-online. We do not add phone numbers to this program from any other source, and we do not purchase or import phone number lists.
**What kind of messages you’ll receive**
Appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, technician arrival notifications and estimated time windows, service completion notices, and follow-up messages about work performed at your property. These are operational messages tied to your service request.
**Message frequency**
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Most customers receive between 2 and 5 messages per service appointment.
**Cost**
Message and data rates may apply. Aqua Inc. does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check with your carrier about your plan.
**How to opt out**
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also ask any Aqua Inc. staff member to remove your number from text updates.

**Carrier support**
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
**Your privacy**
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected by Aqua Inc. are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
